Understanding how financial decisions impact child nutrition programs is vital to ensuring the financial success of child nutrition programs. With increasing food and labor costs, it is important that Child Nutrition Directors and CBO's understand program costs to ensure well informed decisions to ensure fiscal solvency. Participants will learn how to interpret financial statements, analyze data, and how to manage rising costs.
