Description
The objective of this course is first, to understand the goals of a successful maintenance and operations (M&O) department. It is also to assist you in identifying areas of improvement needed to support the department and ultimately enhance student achievement. By the end of the course you should be able to understand the role of M&O in the Local Control Accountability Plan and how you can advocate for proper maintenance and operations for your school buildings. Lastly, we are going to arm you with knowledge regarding various M&O rules and regulations you may encounter.
