The objective of this course is to give you an in-depth and working knowledge of what it takes to run a successful maintenance and operations (M&O) department. It will also give new directors, or those striving to run a M&O department, a glimpse of the knowledge needed to positively impact your organization. You should be able to identify most functions of M&O at your district and take an active role in identifying operational improvement opportunities.
